Chinedu Ekeh

Program Manager

Mr. Ekeh is seconded from Nigeria Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU); he is the pioneer head of ICT NFIU. He has more than twelve years experience in ICT Infrastructure and Systems, requirement gathering, design, implementation and operation. He has a B.Sc in Computer Science from University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has acquired several professional trainings and certifications on: MCTS, DRP, CEH, ITIL V3, Prince2 Practitioner, Digital Forensic Investigation, member of the Project Management Institute and Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria.

Barr. Kingsley Nkemakosi

Deputy Program Manager

 Barrister Kingsley Nkemakosi is a Lawyer and Tax man. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Management, MBA in Marketing and LL.B (Hons) in Law all from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He was called to the Nigeria Bar to practice as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Before joining the UTIN Project on secondment, he worked as Manager (Tax) with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Headquarters, Abuja.

Mohammed Isa

Finance and Admin Lead (FAL)

Mr. Isa is a Civil Servant pool staff of the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (AGF) serving with the National Bureau of Statistics before he was seconded to the JTB to join the UTIN Project team. He holds the following degrees: HND, PGDM and CNA (ANAN).

Ja'afaru Muhammed Ibrahim

Change Management Lead (CML)

Mr Ja'afaru is Seconded from Kaduna State Board of Internal Revenue where he was the P.R.O & Senior Legal Officer. He previously worked with Kaduna State Media Corporation as Government House Correspondent, State House of Assembly Correspondent, Reporter Crime & Judiciary as well as editor. He is also a member of Nigeria Bar Association & Nigeria Union of Journalist.

Akinwale Olugebenga Akinlolu.

Infrastructure and System Lead (ISL)

Mr. Akinwale is a Business and Information System professional with over 15 years working experience in enterprise information system development and administration. His expertise covers the development, implementation and development of enterprise management systems with a thorough understanding of the methodologies associated with enterprise system and business management. A Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and a member of PMI. Mr. Akinwale has honours degree in Computer Engineering and a Master degree in Business Administration.

Adeyemi Aladesawe

Contract Manager/Legal Adviser to UTIN

Mr. Adeyemi is a lawyer with over 6 years experience spanning both private and public sector, 4 of which is on practice of taxation including prosecution of tax cases contract agreement etc. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy LLB (Hons), BL, ACIarb (UK)

Adewale Oluseyi

System Administrator (Team Lead)

Mr Adewale is the Team Lead, System Administrator for the UTIN Project. He studied Computer Science from Ogun State University Nigeria. He has over 8 years experience in System Administration and Computer Engineering. Also a Microsoft Certified Professional. He is currently a member of the Nigeria Computer Society and Project Management Institute

Akpe Adoh

Contact Management Center (Team Lead)

Akpe is the Team Lead for the Contact Management Center for the UTIN Project. She holds a UK law degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. She has previously worked for Anglian Home Improvements (UK), Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS) Contact Centre, as well as in several internationally recognized law firms. She is a member of the Project Management Institute.

Olorunleke Joseph

Application and Biometric (Team Lead)

Joseph is Team lead for Biometrics and Application. He holds a Management Information Systems Degree from London School of Economics(LSE). He has worked on a number of software Development projects with Megatech Computer Systems in the UK.

Paul Omoregbee

Database Administrator (Team Lead)

Mr. Paul is an ICT Officer working under the Infrastructure and Systems Department of the UTIN Project. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Madonna University Okija. He is an Application Developer, Web designer, Network Administrator and a Database Administrator. A Cisco certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

11 Abdulrahman Abdulnasir Network Administrator (Team Lead)

Mr. Abdul is the Network and IT security administrator team lead. He holds a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from Bayero University, kano. He has attended the Cisco Certified Academy at Center for Information technology, kano A Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Linux scripting and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mathew Chukwuka Egbune

Education and Training

Mr. Mathew is a Business Administrator and Information Manager, has HND in Business Administration & Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Information Management and Masters in Information Management (MIM) in view from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. His Prince2 Foundation Certified and he is a member of CITN,ICAN , NIM andMPMI. He has undergone training in following in Time Management, Project Management Professional, Change Management and Microsoft Office.
13 Adewale Amos Akede Accountant Mr. Adewale is an experienced Accountant working under the Account department of the UTIN Project. He has worked in various organizations (NNPC, RCCG Desire of Nations Abuja) as Accountant. He hold HND in Accounting, he has certification on Prince2 Foundation and a member of NIM.
14 Ibrahim Abubakar Admin. Officer Ibrahim holds a B.sc in Public administration from university of Maiduguri. He works as Admin Officer on the UTIN Project. He has attended trainings on Prince 2 foundation, Project Management (PMP),Computer Appreciation.
15 Ufeli Stephanie Ida Media and Publicity Miss Stephanie has an NCE (National Certificate in Education) in English/Political Science and also holds a B.Sc in Mass Communication from Kogi State University Anyigba. She works in the Education and Publicity Department of the UTIN Project. She has certification on Prince2 Foundation and also a member of the Project Management Institute.
16 Halima Dalil Network and Security support Halima holds a B.Eng in Electrical/Electronics from the University of Maiduguri. She has attended trainings on Project Management (PMP), Networking, Oracle DBA and is Prince2 Foundation certified.
17 Rita Tani Nwang Application and Biometric support Rita holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Science from University of Abuja. She has attended trainings on SQL, Networking and Project Management.
18 Collins Umenwosu Business Analyst Mr. Collins holds a B.Sc in Accounting (first class degree) from Benson Idahosa University, Edo State. He was a past president of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Club in Ogun State. Worked as an Audit Staff and a Research Officer. He works as a Business analyst on the UTIN Project. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute.
19 Shehu Muhammad Bashar Business Analyst Mr Bashar holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University, zaria. He works as a Business analyst on the UTIN Project.
20 Oina Jagun Business Analyst Mr. Oina holds a bachelors degree in Banking & Finance from University of Benin, He works as a Business Analyst on the UTIN Project
21 Jibril Zubairu Business Analyst Mr. Jibril holds a bachelors degree in Math's and Computer from Federal University of Technology. He works as a Business Analyst on the UTIN Project
22 Ige Dayo Database Administrator

Mr. Dayo is a Database Administrator with over 3 years experience in relational databases, web development, Linux, Search Engine Optimization, networking and programming. He studied Business Administration from Babcock University. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute.
