Project Organization

For effective performance the following structure is adopted. At the apex is Chairman, JTB followed by the UTIN Implementation Committee.
This Committee is further divided into three main sub-committees namely:

  1. Infrastructure and Systems Sub-Committee (ISC);
  2. Finance, Staffing and General Multipurpose Sub-committee (FSGC);
  3. Project Implementation Sub-committee (PIC).

 
The JTB ICT Program Advisor and the Project Team provide advice to the main UTIN Project Implementation Committee on the way forward. The Project Team is made up of the following:
1. Program Manager,
2. Project Leads
3. Team Leads
4. Other team members supporting the Team Leads.
